GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY

A Gas chromatography (GC) is a common type of chromatography used in analytical chemistry for separating and analyzing compounds that can be vaporized without decomposition. Typical uses of GC include testing the purity of a particular substance(ESSENTIAL OILS), or separating the different components of a mixture (the relative amounts of such components can also be determined). In some situations, GC may help in identifying a compound.
HIGH PRESSURE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY

HPLC is a technique in analytical chemistry used to separate, identify, and quantify each component in a mixture. It relies on pumps to pass a pressurized liquid solvent containing the sample mixture through a column filled with a solid adsorbent material. It is primarily used in our facility for the analysis of various herbal extracts and spice oleoresins.
UV VIS SPECTROMETER

Spectrophotometry is the quantitative measurement of the reflection or transmission properties of a material as a function of wavelength. It is more specific than the general term electromagnetic spectroscopy in that spectrophotometry deals with visible light, near-ultraviolet, and near-infrared, but does not cover time-resolved spectroscopic techniques. These equipment’s are used for the analysis of contents in our extracts such as curcumin , capsaicin etc.
